The Haitian American Friendship Foundation (HAFF) was established in 1977 as a secondary school serving the Bohoc community of the Central Plateau.

Today the ministry has grown to include work in education, medical mercy ministries, community development, and Christian outreach. The campus is located on the Central Plateau of Haiti where it serves an area with a radius of 12 miles. Depending on the HAFF staff and finances on hand, ministries vary from year to year.
