This year-long program, also called Jenn Lidè Bondye in Creole, trains a select group of young people to be godly servant leaders in their families, churches and communities.

The class focuses on servant leadership and teaches principles such as biblical leadership, self discipline, purity, setting priorities, bible study techniques, Christian character, and more. Young people selected for this course meet twice a week in a round table discussion format focusing on class topics and life application. Students also participate in service projects throughout the local community to better apply principles learned in the class.

The entire course is roughly 100 hours beginning in November and continuing into May.
