- HAFF's mission of making disciples is comprised of:
- knowing God through Bible study,
- applying His Word in daily life,
- developing a strong prayer relationship with Him,
- demonstrating personal integrity and accountability.
- HAFF's goal for the entire staff, the IPB students, and the members of its community education programs is to help them become disciples who make other disciples.
- Through individual mentoring and group Bible studies, HAFF seeks to help our staff members be disciples with lives of personal accountability.

- Executive assistant Derold Mompremier leads a Bible study for several of our day workers (photos at top and left), some of whom cannot read. These men are enthusiastic and testify to changes in their lives.
- Students at HAFF's secondary school (IPB) have Bible class once a week.
- Devotions from the Bible, along with singing and prayer, are shared daily with and by the students.
- Devotions from the Bible are also a regular part of our community education group meetings.

- Visitors can lead studies through an interpreter to either a staff Bible study group or one of our community education groups.
- Some visiting youth have shared their testimonies for the first time by telling a small group about a favorite Bible character or verse and why it is significant to them.
- Visiting women and girls frequently share a short Bible devotion and a testimony of God's work in their lives with the Godly Women class.
- Visiting pastors may be asked to discuss a book of the Bible with our Young Leaders for God class.
