Haitian American Friendship Foundation is a network of Haitians and Americans impacting churches and communities together for Christ. We do this is by equipping Haitians and Americans through Christ-centered education and compassion ministries.
WHAT WE DO
Making A Difference
We support, empower, and provide high quality resources to the Bohoc community in Haiti in a safe and secure environment. Our success isn’t measured in terms of wealth or profit margin, but by the value we provide to those we serve.
Our educational, agricultural, and medical services add value to our community.
For over 40 years, HAFF has provided high-quality education opportunities to the Bohoc community. Our 300 secondary students rank among the highest quality graduates.
At HAFF, we are dedicated to meeting basic first aid needs in our community. Operating a community clinic is by no means an easy feat, but God's grace and the loving generosity of caring people enables us to serve some health needs in our community.
Seasoned, well experienced pastors visit our ministry to provide ongoing education and training for area Haitian pastors.
AGRICULTURAL & FINANCE TRAINING
Our working farm provides training opportunities for Haitian farmers. HAFF works with farmer groups in multiple rural communities in Haiti helping them to improve farming techniques and livestock management.
PROJECT HEALTHY FAMILY
A faithful HAFF worker trains teams from surrounding communities to teach hygiene and basic first aid in their communities. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
HAFF supports church and community activities by conducting Vacation Bible Schools, teacher training seminars, and staff Bible studies. HAFF also shows the Jesus Film in area churches and gatherings.
YOUNG LEADERS FOR GOD
Following the biblical model of disciples making disciples, HAFF staff and community leaders teach young people how to be godly, biblical leaders in their homes, churches, and community.
HAFF invests in equipping ladies in our community to be godly women with a home set apart for God. This includes teaching biblical principles of womanhood as well as practical skills to help them care for their families.
We are so grateful for our partnership with many in the U.S. who come to help us with work projects and learn about Haitian people and culture. Learn how you can get involved through teams.
